In preparation for re-opening, we have been working hard behind the scenes to improve and upgrade our treatments and services for you to enjoy.Here are some of the areas that we have upgraded to ensure good practices for your health and wellbeing.
→ Deep Cleaning & Sanitising
Deep cleaning and sanitising before opening, after closing and in-between each appointment throughout the day.
→ Hand Sanitising
Our experts will be required to wash their hands with sanitiser before and after each appointment. All of our clients will be asked to wash their hands with sanitiser upon arrival.
→ Social Distancing
We will enforce the required 2m social distancing measures and limit the number of people within our boutique at any one time.
We ask that you arrive on time and alone for your appointment.
→ Face Masks
It will be compulsory for all clients and team members to wear protective face masks within our boutique. If you forget to wear a protective mask, you will be provided one at cost price.
→ Card Payments
We will only be accepting card payments.
→ Appointment Only
We will operate on an appointment only basis. No walk-in appointments will be offered. We would encourage you to book your appointment via our website asap.
→ Cancellation Policy
We will operate a strict 48hrs cancellation policy. Failure to adhere to this will result in the full cost of your booking being charged. Pre-paid treatment packages will be redeemed in the event of a missed appointment.
→ Sunday Opening Hours (We Will Open 7 days)
We will extend our opening times to accommodate as many clients as possible, whilst respecting social distancing measures.

Monday 10.00 – 20.00
Tuesday 10.00 – 20.00
Wednesday 10.00 – 20.00
Thursday 10.00 – 20.00
Friday 10.00 – 20.00
Saturday 10.00 – 18.00
Sunday 11.00 – 18.00
We are hoping to re-open the boutique from Saturday July 4th – unless otherwise instructed.
