Online Order Processing and Delivery

Orders will be processed as soon as they are received. Our fulfilment center dispatch orders Monday – Friday only, excluding Bank Holidays. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 – 2 business days although it may take longer in rare circumstances.

Orders received on Saturday or Sunday day will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Policy

The Nails & Brows website currently delivers throughout the UK, the EU and to other International customers. (We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes)

The Nails & Brows website offers the following delivery options:

UK Delivery Tracked £4.95 2-3 working days

EU Delivery From £8.95 5-7 working days (Tracked)
International orders are fulfilled by Royal Mail, until they leave the UK where they are passed to the national postal service for delivery. Please note that the delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee and could delay delivery.

International Delivery From £11.95 7-14 working days (Tracked)
International orders are fulfilled by Royal Mail, until the goods leave the UK where they are passed to the national postal service for delivery. Please note that the delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee and could delay delivery.

**Fees charged by Customs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We operate a DAP service of delivery meaning that Duties and VAT are payable upon receipt of order. This cost varies depending on country.**

Delayed/Lost orders

A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 14 working days for UK orders and 21 days for International orders. Though it is highly unlikely for deliveries to take this amount of time. Please note, we are unable to provide a replacement until this period has elapsed. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery.

Recipient’s Signature

For security reasons, deliveries may require a signature upon receipt of order. If you will not be at your delivery address during normal office hours you can provide us with an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. If you are unable to sign for your parcel, you should receive a card with written information on where and when you should collect it. If you do not collect your parcel within a specified timeframe (usually 7 days or after 3 attempts to deliver), the parcel will be returned to us and you will need to arrange with us for a new delivery and pay for the costs incurred in resending the parcel.

Cancellations and Returns Policy

Online Purchases – we are proud of our products, and we hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item(s) in its original condition for a full refund within 14 working days of delivery. Original condition means that the item(s) packaging has not been damaged and free from scratches or marks.

Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service and retain your proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. Please could you also notify our customer services team via email address: enquries@beautyeditmayfair.com before any return is made so we are aware of its arrival and therefore will minimise the time for a refund.

Inside your package, please print the following:

  • Your name
  • Print your order number
  • Highlight the item(s) being returned
  • Include the reason for return

Online Purchased Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers purchased from our website can be redeemed in-store at the Nails & Brows boutique for treatments only. Please present your emailed gift voucher in-store for redemption. Please note, gift vouchers cannot be used for online product purchases or in conjunction with any other promotions in-store.

E-Gift Vouchers are non-refundable. Anyone that has a copy of your digital gift voucher can use it. Therefore, it is your responsibility to keep your digital gift voucher secure. Gift vouchers will automatically expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, this includes remaining and expired balances.

NAILS & BROWS IN-STORE RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All purchases made in-store are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes:

  • Pre-paid treatments/account payments;
  • Retail products;
  • Paper gift vouchers;
  • Treatment courses/packages

Paper Gift Vouchers

Paper Gift Vouchers are to be redeemed in-store only and cannot be used for online purchases, courses or products. They are redeemable against full priced treatments only.

Paper Gift Vouchers must be presented in-store upon redemption.

We recommend that you treat your gift vouchers like cash. Lost or stolen gift vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded.

Gift Vouchers will expire 12 months from the date of issue.

Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, this includes remaining and expired balances.

Treatment Courses

Courses are non-refundable and non-transferable.

They are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Nails & Brows operates a 24hr cancellation policy. If you do not adhere to this when cancelling your appointment, your treatment will be redeemed from your account.

Products

Product purchases are non-refundable.
